The last week...

Fancy new Thomas undies

We started potty training....eeek!  This could take a while, lol.  He was showing a lot of interest so we decided to capitalize on it.  It hasn't been too bad, but I do think that you shouldn't mix potty training and pregnancy hormones, but it's too late now!  He is really good at using the potty just not very good at telling me when he has to go.  As of right now I just ask him a lot and when he says yes, hooray we potty.  Of course sometimes he says no and then pees on the floor a few minutes later.  It's a process!  We have 4 months until the new baby comes, hopefully we will be done by then!

Ryan and I took a trip to St. Louis last weekend, just the 2 of us, it was so nice!!  We got to see the Cards beat the Cubs, the new Busch stadium is so nice!  We also took a tour of the Anheiser-Busch plant and did a few other touristy things.

Baby #2!

We had our ultrasound today and 2nd baby is doing GREAT!  I was amazed at all the different things they looked at.  I think this doctor's office is much more thorough than Noah's doctor.  We got to see different parts of the baby's brain, the kidneys, bladder, diaphragm, and heart.  We even got to see the heart's outflow.  Everything looked normal and healthy.  The baby is now at 14oz, we are almost at a pound!  The baby does have long arms!!  The arms were measuring 10 days farther along than everything else, lol.  I guess this one will have his or her mom's long monkey arms!  Doesn't the face look like something out of a horror film, lol, I'm glad there's a lot of baking left to be done!

Easter '09 Part II

The 4 of us :)  Noah is sitting on his little brother/sister, he doesn't get in trouble for it now, but in a few months that might be a different story.  
Digging into his Easter basket, he really ripped into it, it was his 3rd one, so he had gotten the hang of it by then :)

Hunting eggs!!  
Noah liked putting the eggs into his Thomas bucket more than he liked finding them.  He would dump all the eggs out and then put them back in.

Ryan has to do this with Noah every day when he gets home from work.  Noah loves "Jumpin' High!!!!"
