Here is Noah playing with some new trains that he got for Valentines Day.  The boy loves his trains, I think he must dream about them at night because the first thing he does in the morning is run down the hall saying "choo-choos...choo-choos!!)  It's fun that he has something that he loves.  We think Percy might be his favorite, but he did get a Thomas pulling Clarabelle for Valentines Day and he likes it A LOT!

Noah opening his Valentines Day box...expertly decorated by moi.  :)  So I'm not crafty, but I try and that's what counts :)
Noah just loved these bright blue frogs, he kept coming back to the tank over and over and over again.  Nevermind the meerkats and the really cool squirrel monkeys, nope, it was the blue frogs.   What a boy!

Tunnel!!  Noah loves tunnels right now, we make them in the living room with chairs and blankets and he runs his trains (choo-choos) through tunnels on his table and he will even bend over and put his hands on the ground and look between his legs and say "tunnel!"  We found this tunnel at the zoo.

Grandma and Grandpa Dieker came up to visit and Noah had a great time with them playing in the yard and going to the zoo!

Noah had his first real "boo-boo" yesterday.  After church he was running down the sidewalk and tripped and caught himself with his mouth.  Pictures are coming.  Not of anything bloody, just the scratches and fat lip...well it's not really fat it's just scabby :(  I didn't freak out too badly, just a little hyperventilating...it's just never good to see your little guy all bloody.  That's supposed to stay on the inside!  He was bleeding from his chin, both lips, above his upper lip and his nose a little bit.  Poor guy!!

Playin' around

Ryan and Noah like to play outside when daddy gets home from work.  Doesn't Noah look like a big kid in this picture?

This is the baby "bump" at 10.5 weeks.  I think it's more of a mountain than a molehill.  I'm going to be HUGE!!!

Playin' - It's what I'm paid to do

One of my favorite things to do is to roll balls down the stairs to the basement.  Noah is getting so good on the stairs, we really don't need the gate anymore.  Basically, now we just use it to keep him on the same level of the house as we are on.

Playing with my new favorite Thomas the Tank Engine table.  It is homemade and Mom and Dad bought it on Craigslist for $10, but hey I love my "Choo-Choo's"

Announcing....the Newest Dieker!!!

Ok, so I'm sure you all know already that baby Dieker #2 is coming! We are due August 29th with our second little one! Everything is going well, we have had 2 ultrasounds and lots of blood tests and everything looks good! Our scanner is broken, so I just took pictures of the ultrasound pics, so sorry about the bad quality! Our last ultrasound was Tuesday when I was 8.5 weeks pregnant. We could see the baby's arms and legs and heartbeat, he/she was wiggling around for us.

Sorry I've been slacking!

Isn't he adorable? Noah loves to run around in Ryan's hats.
Noah just climbed up into this chair and sat at the table like "Ok, I'm ready..." Ready for what, we have no idea. After dreading it for months, Ryan and I (ok, just Ryan) cut Noah's hair himself. It went really well, we just put on Thomas and I fed him a steady stream of "m's" that's what Noah calls M&M's and he didn't really seem to care. Hooray big boy haircuts and hooray us not paying for them anymore!!
Noah n Kate n Marquez playing on a couch
Noah n Kate playing on the fireplace...there wasn't a fire going I promise and there were 2 mommies nearby so it was safe!
We love how Noah uses his Sit-n-Spin as a stool, it's so cute! This is pre-haircut, so you can get a look at the "before."

Buddies

Here are a couple of playgroup buddies with Noah, these pics were taken right after Noah shoved an entire chicken nugget into his mouth.  Marquez is in the middle and Brian is on the other end.  Aren't they cute?

Our little couch potato

Noah has officially become one of us. He loves his TV... This isn't something we greatly encourage except for when he is getting his medicine in his nebulizer. So, he has started playing downstairs some while we are getting things around and we looked down on Friday last week and he had turned on the Imagination Movers and was laying on the floor watching TV with his hands behind his head. How cute.

He also has started liking getting covered with a blanket, which works well since he owns about 50. Here he is watching the Movers one Saturday morning with his new Thomas blanket (Thanks Grandma Dieker).
